This is a kind reminder that transportation arrangements for the event must be secured in advance. To ensure the proper planning and contracting of the vehicles that will provide official services during the tournament, we require participants to complete their transportation payment no later than March 15th, 2026.

The official agency has already sent a personalized payment link to each registered player and delegation via email. We kindly ask that you use this link to process your payment, as it is the only authorized method that allows us to track, coordinate, and guarantee the services requested.

Please note that transportation services can only be confirmed once payments have been received. Timely completion will allow us to finalize logistics and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all participants.

This deadline applies to both individual players and group bookings.
