Group Registration Instructions – Official Statement

INTRODUCTION

The registration process for the FIFG FootGolf World Championship Acapulco 2026 has been designed to collect essential information from each player, which will allow the organization to manage the event efficiently. This information will be used for:

a) TV broadcasting, including photos and relevant player data.

b) Medical team preparedness in case any player has a medical condition.

c) Food and beverage services to identify dietary restrictions.

d) Faster on-site registration.

e) By accepting the terms and conditions, players commit to respecting the guidelines established by the FIFG and the Organizing Committee to maintain absolute respect and professionalism.

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Download the Excel file using the following link: Ctrl + Click = File Share | FIFG World Championship 2026

  2. Enter the billing contact details for invoice issuance.

  3. Complete the Excel file with First Name, Last Name, and the email address used by the player in BlueGolf. Presidents, Coaches, Captains, or Caddies do not require a BlueGolf account.

  4. Enter number “1” in the selected package for each person and leave “0” in unselected cells. The selected package will be provided at registration. Any modifications will follow the refund policy, and changes made after April 15th will incur a 20% increase according to the payment calendar.

  5. Once completed, send the Excel file to: [email protected] Attach the legal details of the Federation, Association, or legal entity for invoicing.

  6. You will receive an email with the total amount, SWIFT account, and pre-invoice.

  7. Make the payment and send proof to: [email protected]

  8. Once received, the organization will confirm the amount and that packages match.

  9. The organization will send a unique registration link to each email so each person can complete their individual information and accept the terms and conditions.

  3. Transportation from Mexico City International Airport to Acapulco and back with the company authorized by the organization: Ctrl + Click = FootGolf World Championship 2026 – Mobility
  • Transportation capacity: 10, 17, 20, 46, 49, and 50 passengers.
  • If any of these vehicles are filled to full capacity, a special group rate will apply.
