Supervision and Responsibility

The appointed legal guardian must normally be present on site for the full duration of the stay.
If no representative of the youth player’s nation is present on site, a temporary guardian from another nation may be appointed for overnight supervision.

The temporary guardian applies only for the overnight period and does not replace the overall responsibility of the youth player’s national federation.
Youth players may stay in the Olympic Style Tent Village while their parents stay off site, provided that a legal guardian or temporary guardian is assigned and available during the overnight period.

Representatives of Deutscher Footgolf Verband e.V. and FIFG are present on site throughout the event.
